Refund Policy:
Merchandise:
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if cancelled 7 days prior to event. Any cancelations within the 7 days prior to event is subject to a $200 cancelation fee.
Delivery Policy:
All items purchased through our website are shipped via USPS. Shipping time frame is 5-7 business days.
