Our first event the 4WP Desert Showdown was a great success and with our second event on the horizon, we are forced to make a difficult decision. With COVID numbers still being up in southern Nevada and the Governor’s 30 day pause in effect until February 9th, we feel it is in the best interest for the participants, staff, and the events success to move from our original scheduled date February 5-7. We have rescheduled the Hare Scrambles for February 26-28, 2021.
Our host hotel, the Tropicana Laughlin has already adjusted the block of rooms and are reaching out to the racers who have booked rooms there to adjust them to the new dates. Good news is the new weekend has a lower rate.
If you’ve already registered for the event your entry will transfer over as well. If there is any reason you are unable to attend on the new weekend, please contact us and we’ll issue you a full refund. We also are very aware of the conflict with our December event the VT Construction Battleground scheduled on December 2-5, 2021. The Bureau of Land Management was very kind by reaching out to us that there was a conflict with another event. We are working on a new date and location for this event. Please stay tuned and watch our website for more information in regard to both of these events.
